PICTURE GALLERY

In the last Issue you will have read of Leslie Dungey’s video of the Annual Parade at Yevers. This was held to commemorate the loss of the pilot and crew of a Lancaster Bomber that crashed in a nearby field during the War thus saving the population of the village. There is a stained glass window in the Church so that the villagers do not forget the sacrifice made by our brave boys in blue.  Jock Fraser has sent this selection from his photo album of the Annual Parade.  Leslie Dungey’s  video of the Parade in 1959 will be available for viewing at the Reunion Dinner.  If anyone would like to view it in the meantime please contact the editor.
